Thrive Physical Therapy accepts a wide-range of insurance options, including Medicare, worker's compensation, and many other private insurances. Private pay patients are also accepted. Please call to discuss your options. 

Please arrive 20 minutes early to your first appointment to fill out patient insurance forms. If not already sent to our office, please bring your script from your physician with you.
